Part A (Tier 1) Program
The number of hours of each participant participates in Part A (Tier 1) Program	is not less than 10 hours
The total number of participants in Part A (Tier 1) Program*	is not less than 400 participants
Part B (Tier 2) Program
The number of sessions of each participant ** participates in Part B (Tier 2) Program	is not less than 12 sessions***
The total number of participants in Part B (Tier 2) Program *	is not less than 80 participants

*The total number of participants is calculated based on each specific program. For example, if there are 200 of Secondary 1 students and 200 of Secondary 2 students participated in Part A (Tier 1) Program, the total number of participants in Part A (Tier 1) Program should be 400; or if Part B (Tier 2) Program has 40 of Secondary 1 students and 40 of Secondary 2 students participated, the total number of participants in Part B (Tier 2) Program should be 80 people.

** Only those who acheived over 80% of attendance rate are considered as participants.

*** Each session must be held for at least one hour. A full-day event is considered a max. of three sessions.
